Positive: The hot breakfast was a welcome surprise and actually not too bad. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good, and it was clean. Good for the one night that we needed it for sleep.
Negative: No one advised me that the pool was closed. Not when I booked it, not when I added a note that I wanted to be close to the pool, not when I checked in. It was disappointing for my daughter who was visiting me at the hotel from her dad’s house not too far away. I had promised her some mom/daughter swim time and I felt like a liar and like I let her down. It was disappointing to have a facility not mention anything about it at all those points. We also had a cable remote in the room that didn’t work. No help was offered when we called the front desk. They just told us to use the tv remote. And there was no Internet capability on the tv, so we couldn’t utilize our Amazon Prime tv to watch the football game.
